We conduct a structured review of your company credentials, product range, certifications and compliance documentation. We may request additional information or an on-site visit.

If your application is successful, we will open a commercial dialogue covering product categories, pricing structures, minimum order quantities and delivery terms.

Framework Agreement

Approved suppliers are formalised through a Supplier Framework Agreement which governs all purchasing, compliance and logistics arrangements.

What we expect from our supply partners.

PLH maintains a rigorous supplier qualification standard. The following requirements apply to all applicants. Category-specific requirements may apply in addition.

Registered legal entity with verifiable company documentation
Minimum two years of commercial trading history
Relevant product certifications (category-dependent)
Ability to meet minimum order volumes as agreed
Compliance with anti-bribery, anti-corruption and sanctions regulations
Willingness to undergo pre-shipment inspection
Complete and accurate documentation for all shipments
Acceptance of PLH's standard Supplier Code of Conduct
