The Model

A platform built for
structured global trade.

Aggregated purchasing. Structured market access. Complete documentation.

PLH exists to solve a fundamental problem in global trade: fragmented demand creates weak purchasing power, opaque supply chains and compliance risk. We solve it at every stage — from demand aggregation to documented market delivery.

The Problem

Fragmented demand undermines global trade.

When buyers operate in isolation, their individual purchasing volumes are too small to command supplier confidence, achieve competitive pricing, or justify professional logistics infrastructure. The result is fragmented supply chains, poor documentation, compliance exposure and unreliable fulfilment.

Insufficient purchasing leverage
Unverified or undocumented supply chains
No authorised route to destination markets
Customs and compliance risk
Unreliable fulfilment and traceability gaps
PLH consolidation hub — professional logistics operations
PLH Consolidation Infrastructure

Five global consolidation hubs processing, inspecting and dispatching goods with full documentation at every stage.

The Process

Five steps from demand to destination.

From demand aggregation to documented market delivery.

01

Aggregate Demand

PLH consolidates purchasing requirements from multiple buyers across markets and product categories into structured, high-volume demand programmes. This aggregation transforms fragmented orders into commercially credible purchasing power.

02

Source Legitimately

We identify and vet suppliers against a rigorous compliance framework — verifying origin, certifications, production capacity and legal standing. Only approved suppliers enter the PLH sourcing network.

03

Consolidate

Goods are routed through one of our five strategically located consolidation hubs — Italy, Netherlands, Panama, Dubai and Singapore — where they are received, inspected, repackaged if required, and prepared for onward shipment.

04

Document & Comply

Every shipment is accompanied by a complete documentation package: certificates of origin, compliance declarations, customs documentation, insurance certificates and route-of-market authorisations. No movement without a paper trail.

05

Deliver to Market

Goods are delivered to authorised destination environments — whether 2.0 Retail doors, hospitality venues, or other approved channels — with full traceability from origin to point of sale.

Documentation & Compliance

No movement without a paper trail.

Every shipment that moves through the PLH platform is accompanied by a complete, verifiable documentation package. Compliance is not an afterthought — it is built into the operating model.

Certificates of Origin

Verified documentation of goods origin for every shipment.

Customs Declarations

Accurate and compliant customs filings across all jurisdictions.

Compliance Declarations

Product compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Insurance Certificates

Cargo and liability insurance for all goods in transit.

Chain of Custody

Unbroken traceability record from supplier to destination.

Route Authorisations

Documented approvals for each route and destination channel.

FAQ

Common questions about the PLH model.

What types of goods does PLH handle?
PLH operates across a broad range of product categories within the consumer goods, food and beverage, luxury, and general merchandise sectors. We evaluate each category on a case-by-case basis against regulatory requirements and destination market conditions.
How does PLH differ from a traditional freight forwarder?
A freight forwarder moves goods. PLH structures the entire commercial transaction — aggregating demand, sourcing legitimately, consolidating through owned or contracted hub infrastructure, and ensuring that every movement is documented and authorised. We are a purchasing and logistics platform, not a transport agent.
Can a single supplier work with PLH?
Yes. Individual suppliers can register their interest and, once vetted and approved, gain access to the aggregated demand that PLH represents. Suppliers benefit from structured, reliable purchase orders and professional logistics without needing to manage individual buyer relationships.
How does PLH ensure traceability?
Every product entering the PLH supply chain is assigned a documentation record that travels with it from origin through consolidation hub to final destination. This includes supplier vetting records, certificates of origin, inspection reports and delivery confirmation.
What is the minimum order volume?
Minimum volumes vary by product category and destination market. Because PLH aggregates demand across multiple buyers, individual buyer order sizes can be smaller than traditional wholesale minimums while still achieving commercial viability at the platform level.
