Sourcing & Traceability

Every product.
Every step. Fully documented.

Broad legitimate sourcing, one documented route to market.

Traceability is the foundation of trust in global trade. PLH operates a systematic sourcing and documentation framework that ensures every product in our supply chain has a verified origin, a compliant route and a confirmed destination.

Our Philosophy

Legitimate global sourcing is not optional.

Broad legitimate sourcing, one documented route to market.

We believe that the integrity of a supply chain is determined by its weakest undocumented link. PLH was built to eliminate those links.

Legitimate by Default

Every supplier in the PLH network has been verified against a formal compliance framework. We do not work with unverified, undocumented or non-compliant supply partners — regardless of the commercial opportunity.

Origin Transparency

Goods entering the PLH supply chain must be traceable to a verified origin. We maintain records of supplier location, production facility, batch references and relevant product certifications at all times.

Documentation Before Movement

No goods move within the PLH network without complete and accurate documentation in place. This is a non-negotiable operating principle, not a procedural aspiration.

Chain of Custody

Unbroken traceability from origin to destination.
